<br />CGM:mf 4/1/82 <br /> <br />A G R E E MEN T <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />THE FURNISHING OF THREE REPLACEHENT <br />POLICE PATROL VEHICLES <br /> <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of <br /> <br />the State of California, hereinafter referred to as "City," <br /> <br />and E-Z DAVIES CHEVROLET, Redwood City, California hereinafter <br /> <br />referred to as "Contractor," for the consideration hereinafter <br /> <br />stated, hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Contractor shall perform everything required to <br /> <br />be performed and shall provide and furnish to City the <br /> <br />following described equipment, all in strict accordance <br /> <br />with the contract documents (including Contractor's bid <br /> <br />dated March 24, 1982) made therefor and on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk of the City of Redwood City, which contract <br /> <br />documents are incorporated herein and made a part of this <br /> <br />agreement as if fully set forth herein: <br /> <br />THREE POLICE PATROL VEHICLES <br /> <br />2. City shall pay to Contractor as full consideration <br /> <br />for such material, upon acceptance thereof by City, the total <br /> <br />amount of Thirty-one Thousand Two Hundred and 33/100 Dollars <br /> <br />($31,200.33) in accordance with Contractor's proposal dated <br /> <br />March 24, 1982, which proposal is hereby referred to and <br /> <br />incorporated herein, said payment to be made within thirty <br /> <br />(30) days after final acceptance of the above described <br /> <br />material by City. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this <br /> <br />agreement this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />, 1982. <br /> <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />a municipal corporation <br /> <br />By <br /> <br />City Manager <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />E-Z DAVIES CHEVROLET <br /> <br />By <br /> <br />(Title) <br />
