0 R I G I N A L 5/12/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13077 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 1 AND EXHIBITS A AND B <br /> OF RESOLUTION NO. 12803 ESTABLISHING A SALARY PLAN <br /> FOR CERTAIN EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS (SEIU UNIT), TO <br /> ADD THE POSITION OF, AND SALARY FOR LANDSCAPE <br /> EQUIPMENT OPERATOR <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 12803 entitled, "Resolution <br />Establishing a Salary and Wage Plan for Certain Employee Classifications <br />(SEIU Unit)", adopted June, 17, 1996, is hereby amended by adding to the list of <br />employee positions therein contained the position of Landscape Equipment <br />Operator. <br /> <br /> 2. Exhibits A and B to the aforesaid Resolution No. 12803 is hereby <br />amended by adding thereto the salary schedule for the position of Landscape <br />Equipment Operator as set forth in Exhibits "A-2", and "B-4", attached hereto, <br />and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 3. This resolution shall be effective upon the date of its adoption; <br />provided, however, that the salary rates set forth in Exhibit A-2 shall be operative <br />retroactively from and after June 1, 1996; and, further, the salary rates set forth <br />in Exhibit B-4 shall be operative retroactively from and after February 1, 1997. <br /> <br /> Reso-188 1 <br /> F:/Shared/Redwood/Council <br /> DES:djk <br /> 04/28/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
