III <br />1\1~1 i'~J-\ <br /> <br />B ~ ~ Q ~ Q 11 Q ~ N o. 9 0 7 9 <br /> <br />MAR 2 2 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />WITH COUNTY OF SAN MATEO REIATING TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE <br />HOOVER SCHOOL PARK SI'IE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and the County of San Mateo <br /> <br />desirous of creating a recreational area on the H(X)ver Sch(X)l park <br /> <br />site which is located in the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State of California has made available Roberti -Z I berg <br /> <br />urban open space and recreation program funds pursuant to the authori- <br /> <br />zation of the 1980 California Park land Bond Act; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and the County of San Mateo <br /> <br />desire to enter into an agreerrent for the developrrent of a recreational <br /> <br />area at the H(X)ver Sch(X)l park site; <br /> <br />NCW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REJ:)VO)D CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOr..u:wS: <br /> <br />That certain agreerrent entitled "Agreerrent" (fom dated 3/17/82) <br /> <br />between the City of Redwood City and the County of San Mateo, a copy <br /> <br />of which agreerrent is on file in the office of the City Clerk for <br /> <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager <br /> <br />is hereby authorized to execute said agreerrent for and on behalf of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />r~. i' "1,.; f~, <br />n u, '-~ <br />.:;J 'i Y f.,. ~_jI <br />
