GRIFFITH & ASSOCIATES, LID. RELATING TO COST <br />ALLCX:ATION PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwcx::xi City requires a cost allocation plan <br /> <br />in order to accurately determine the overhead administrative costs of <br /> <br />its programs and acti vi ties; and <br /> <br />vJHEREAS, David M. Griffith & Associates, Ltd. had advised City <br /> <br />that it is experienced in the preparation of cost allocation plans; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to engage David M. Griffith & <br /> <br />Associates, Ltd. to provide a cost allocation plan in order to determine <br /> <br />the cost effectiveness of its programs and activities; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLI.aVS: <br /> <br />That certain agreem:mt by and between the City of Redwcx:x1 City <br /> <br />and David M.
