<br />SWC:mf 3/12/82 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 9 071 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />MAR 2 2 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ABAG DETEP~INATION OF <br />HOUSING NEEDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Association of Bay Area Governments (t1ABAGtI), <br /> <br />a joint powers authority representing the San Francisco Bay Area <br /> <br />has, pursuant to Government Code Section 65584, determined Redwood <br /> <br />City's share of the regional housing needs; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in making such determination ABAG worked with City <br /> <br />staff to ensure that the most complete and reliable information <br /> <br />had been used; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to approve and accept such <br /> <br />determination; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. This Council does hereby accept the determination of <br /> <br />Redwood City's share of the regional housing needs, as contained <br /> <br />by December, 1981 Housing Needs Report published by ABAG, until <br /> <br />such determination shall be revised by ABAG in 1984. <br /> <br />2.
