<br />ment District No. 1-64 that certain agreement entitled "Agreement" <br /> <br /> <br />(form dated 3/8/82R) by and between the Redwood city General <br /> <br /> <br />Improvement District established pursuant to Ordinance No. 1128 <br /> <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City, as amended, and Fisk, Firenze and <br /> <br /> <br />McLean, Inc. for the performance of said work in accordance with <br /> <br />the plans and specifications therefor, a copy of which agreement <br /> <br />is presently on file in the office of the City Clerk to which <br /> <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning the terms <br /> <br />and conditions thereof. <br /> <br />4. Any informality in the above mentioned bid of Fisk, <br /> <br /> <br />Firenze and McLean, Inc. is hereby waived. <br /> <br />5.
