From Emerald Lake Lighting District to <br />City of Redwood city. <br /> <br />55.57 <br /> <br />2. In accordance with Section 3a of Article XIII B of the <br /> <br />Constitution of the State of California, the appropriation limit <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City shall be increased by the amounts <br /> <br />listed above, and the appropriations limits of the transferor <br /> <br />entities described above shall be decreased by the same amount. <br /> <br />3. The city Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />transmit copies of this resolution to the San Mateo County Local <br /> <br />Agency Formation Commission, to the County of San Mateo, the San <br /> <br />Mateo County Library, the Menlo Park Fire Protection and the <br /> <br />Emerald Lake Lighting District. <br /> <br />4. Resolution No. 9021, adopted December 14, 1981, is hereby <br /> <br />rescinded. <br /> <br />5.
