<br />CGM.~jg-c 2/24/82 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO. <br /> <br />9 061 <br /> <br />MAR 1 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN DESCRIBED CITY-OWNED <br />PROPERTY SURPLUS; AND AUTHORIZING SALE THEP~OF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city of Redwood City is the owner of certain <br /> <br />hereinafter described furniture; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has received evidence that such property <br /> <br />is not needed for present or prospective municipal or public <br /> <br />purposes; and <br /> <br />'~EREAS, it is the intention of this Council to declare said <br /> <br />property surplus and authorize its sale in accordance with Section <br /> <br />3-~ of the Charter of the City of Redwood city; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. This Council hereby finds that the following described <br /> <br />City-owned property, which has been appraised by the City Assessor <br /> <br />in accordance with Section 3~ of the Charter, is not now needed <br /> <br />for any municipal purposes and will not be needed for any municipal <br /> <br />purposes, and hereby declares said property to be surplus property. <br /> <br /> Surplus Item Appraised Value <br />a. Disk Module Vault $500.00 <br />b. 24 Drawer Card Cabinet $300.00 <br />c. 10' Open Steel Shelving $150.00 <br />2.
