<br />agreement with Amfac Electric Supply Co. for the furnishing of <br />the abovementioned equipment in accordance with, and subject to, <br />the terms and conditions of the aforementioned specifications <br />and in accordance with the aforementioned bidder's proposal. <br />3. Any informalities in the bid mentioned in paragraph 1 <br /> <br />hereof are waived. <br /> <br />4. Any and all bids other than that bid mentioned in para- <br />graph 1 are hereby rejected. <br />5.
