(TAYlOR MADE) for the furnishing <br />of the above rrentioned equipment in accordance with, and subject to, <br />the terms and conditions of the aforem2Iltioned specifications and <br />in accordance with the aforem2Iltioned bidder's proposal. <br />3. Any infonnali ties in the bid rrentioned in paragraph 1 <br />hereof are waived. <br />4.
