2. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of Bricker-Mincolla <br />Uniforms is, and each of them are, hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 3. All bids other than the aforementioned bid of Bricker-Mincolla Uniforms <br />are hereby rejected. <br /> <br /> 4.
