This Council, upon consideration of the application, <br /> <br />the recommendation of the Planning Commission, and testimony <br />received at the public hearing upon such matter, does hereby <br />designate those buildings as Historic Landmarks as are shown <br />on "Exhibit A" attached hereto, and incorporated herein by <br /> <br />reference. <br /> <br />2.
