<br />CGM:mf 1/20/82 <br /> <br />Oa-dGlNAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N o. <br /> <br />9049 <br /> <br />FES <br /> <br />1 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREE~~NT FOR PERSONAL SERVICES FOR THE PREPARATION <br />OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (MARINE WORLD <br />OFFICE COMPLEX) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the performance <br /> <br />of certain personal services hereinafter more specifically described <br /> <br />ln the preparation of an environmental impact report for a proposed <br /> <br />Marine World Office Complex; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Environmental Science Associates, Inc., Foster City, <br /> <br />California, has represented to City that it is experienced in the <br /> <br />preparation of environmental impact reports and is willing to <br /> <br />prepare an environmental impact report for the aforementioned <br /> <br />proposed development; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City desires to enter into an agreement for <br /> <br />Environmental Science Associates, Inc. to furnish said personal <br /> <br />services for the benefit of City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLmvS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement_ for Preparation of <br /> <br />an EnvironmentalImpact Report" (form dated 1/20/82) by and between <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City and Environmental Science Associates, Inc., <br /> <br />a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars <br /> <br />concerning the terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved <br /> <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />the agreement approved herein for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9 049 <br />
