Popik, <br />et ux, by that certain deed recorded December 21, 1976 in <br />Volume 7333 of Official Records at Page 229 (File No. 60914- <br />AK), THENCE from said point of beginning along the first <br />mentioned westerly line South 280 58' 50" West a distance of <br />126.47 feet to the northerly line of Middlefield Road, <br />THENCE westerly along the said northerly line of Middlefield <br />Road North 610 07' 30" West a distance of 35.36 feet, THENCE <br />leaving said northerlv line of Middlefield Road North <br />40 37' 20" East a distance of 100.69 feet to the southerly <br />line of the lands of Jacob C.
