That, prior to the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owner or subdivider shall furnish <br />to the City and file with the City Clerk certificates or <br />policies of public liability and property damage insurance <br />as required by the above mentioned agreement entitled <br />"Agreement for Marina Park Center Subdivision," on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That those certain plans entitled "Construction Drawings for <br /> <br />Marina Park Center," and those certain specifications entitled <br /> <br />"Contract Documents and Technical Specifications for Marina Park <br /> <br />Center," which plans and specifications are now on file in the <br /> <br />office of the Director of Public Works, are hereby approved and <br /> <br />adopted as the plans and specifications according to which the <br /> <br />above mentioned improvements shall be done. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That certain proposed agreement between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and said owner or subdivider, entitled "Agreement for Marina <br /> <br />Park Center Subdivision," a copy of which is on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk and to which reference is hereby made, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
