<br />of negotiations between the proposed vendor or vendors and the <br /> <br />County of San Mateo for the purchase of a shared automated <br /> <br /> <br />circula~ion system in furtherance of the power described in <br /> <br />paragraph I hereof. <br />3. This Council further finds, determines and declares <br />that a draft agreement in furtherance of the purpose described <br />in paragraph I hereof and satisfactory to all participating <br />agencies shall be presented to this Council for consideration in <br />early 1982. <br />4.
