CGM:djg-c 11/24/81 RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 9 022 ORIGI NPtL DEe 14 1981 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PEIDUT RELATING TO USE FOR WALK BRIDGE PURPOSES OF CERTAIN CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY WHEREAS, Chris A. Carstens, as owner of Lot 33, Block 7, Woodside Terrace No. 4 Subdivision, said real property containing a certain City-owned storm drainage easement, has requested permission to use for walk bridge purposes a portion of property containing the storm drainage easement; and WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to grant a revocable encroachment permit permitting such use, subject to certain designated terms and conditions; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the city Manager is hereby authorized to execute a revocable encroachment permit to Chris A. Carstens, for use for walk bridge purposes over that property containing a City-owned storm drainage easement subject to the conditions described in that permit entitled "Grant of Revocable Encroachment Permit - Chris A. Carstens," attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, which permit shall not be effective until such time as Chris A. Carstens executes an acceptance of such permit, and pays to the City of Redwood City the fees required therein. 2. That the permit granted shall be in the form of that certain permit entitled "Grant of Revocable Encroachment Permit - Chris A. Carstens," attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set out at length herein. * * * 9022
