<br />CGM:djg-c 11/24/81 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9 022 <br /> <br />ORIGI NPtL <br />DEe 14 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PEIDUT RELATING TO <br />USE FOR WALK BRIDGE PURPOSES OF CERTAIN <br />CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chris A. Carstens, as owner of Lot 33, Block 7, <br /> <br />Woodside Terrace No. 4 Subdivision, said real property containing <br /> <br />a certain City-owned storm drainage easement, has requested permission <br /> <br />to use for walk bridge purposes a portion of property containing <br /> <br />the storm drainage easement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />grant a revocable encroachment permit permitting such use, subject <br /> <br />to certain designated terms and conditions; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the city Manager is hereby authorized to execute a <br /> <br />revocable encroachment permit to Chris A. Carstens, for use for <br /> <br />walk bridge purposes over that property containing a City-owned <br /> <br />storm drainage easement subject to the conditions described in <br /> <br />that permit entitled "Grant of Revocable Encroachment Permit - <br /> <br />Chris A. Carstens," attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br /> <br />herein, which permit shall not be effective until such time as <br /> <br />Chris A. Carstens executes an acceptance of such permit, and pays <br /> <br />to the City of Redwood City the fees required therein. <br /> <br />2. That the permit granted shall be in the form of that <br /> <br />certain permit entitled "Grant of Revocable Encroachment Permit - <br /> <br />Chris A.
