Financial interests are reportable only if located within or subject to the jurisdiction of the Department or if the business entity is doing business or planning to do business in the Redwood City jurisdiction or has done business in the Redwood City jurisdiction at any time during the two years prior to the filing of the statement. Designated Employees in Group "I" must report: (a) Investments in real property and any business entity dealing in real property sales or development. (b) Income from real property and any business entity dealing in real property sales or development. (c) His or her status as a director, officer, partner, trustee, employee or holder of a position of management in any business entity dealing in real property sales or development. Designated Employees in Group "2" must report: (a) Investments in any business entity which manu- factures, distributes, sells or otherwise provides services, supplies, materials, machinery or equipment of a type utilized by the Parks and Recreation Department (b) Income from any source which manufactures, dis- tributes, sells or otherwise provides such services, supplies, materials, machinery or equipment. (c) His or her status as a director, officer, partner, employee or holder of a position of management in any such business entity as described in paragraph (a), above.
