Specifically, the City agrees to provide the following services: <br /> <br />· Street Sweepers to be available at approximately 10:00 A.M. to pick up fresh <br /> horse droppings along the Parade route. They will again be available along <br /> B~oadway Avenue after the Festival at approximately 6:00 P.M. <br /> Deliver and pick up available bleachers to Marshall and Winsiow Streets <br /> prior to and after the parade. <br />· Deliver barricades, as necessary, to locations along the parade route, as <br /> determined by the Police Department and the P.C.A., to be in place prior to <br /> 7:00 A.M. <br /> · install along the parade route, immediately before the parade, the P.C.A. <br /> flags, whicl3 are in storage at the City Yard, and remove them as soon as <br /> possible after the Parade. <br /> · Use of a 1 112 inch fire hydrant for an antique fire truck demonstration in the <br /> festival area. <br /> · Use of the City parking structure on Marshall Street for handicap and vendor <br /> parking on the day of the Parade only. The structure will be closed to vehicle <br /> traffic at 8:30 A.M. and not re-opened before the conclusion of the Parade. <br /> <br /> 11. Restroom Facilities.; Adequate temporary restroom facilities shall be <br /> provided by permiffee at no expense to the City. <br /> <br /> 12. Additional or further matters not herein described or contemplated in <br /> connection with the July 4th Parade, festival, fireworks, and arts and crafts <br /> fair shall not be effectuated without the prior written consent of the Chief of <br /> Police. <br /> <br /> 13.
