0 R I G I N A L 5/5/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13065 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 1 AND EXHIBITS A AND B <br /> OF RESOLUTION NO. 12803 ESTABLISHING A SALARY PLAN <br /> FOR CERTAIN EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS (SEIU UNIT), TO <br /> ADD THE POSITION OF, AND SALARY FOR UTILITIES <br /> SPECIALIST <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 12803 entitled, "Resolution <br /> <br />Establishing a Salary and Wage Plan for Certain Employee Classifications (SEIU <br />Unit)", adopted June, 17, 1996, is hereby amended by adding to the list of <br />employee positions therein contained the position of Utilities Specialist. <br /> <br /> 2. Exhibits A and B to the aforesaid Resolution No. 12803 is hereby <br /> <br />amended by adding thereto the salary schedule for the position of Utilities <br />Specialist as set forth in Exhibits "A-i", and "B-3", attached hereto, and by this <br />reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 3. This resolution shall be effective upon the date of its adoption; <br /> <br />provided, however, that the salary rates set forth in Exhibit A-1 shall be operative <br />retroactively from and after July 1, 1996; and, further, the salary rates set forth in <br />Exhibit B-3 shall be operative retroactively from and after February 1, 1997. <br /> <br />Reso-184 1 <br />F:/Shared/Redwood/Council <br />DES:djk <br />04/21/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
