CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> IMPLEMENTATION OF AN AUTOMATED RED -LIGHT PHOTO <br /> ENFORCEMENT SYSTEM <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Redwood City will <br /> hold a public hearing on communication from the Police Chief <br /> recommending Council to authorize the City Manager to enter into <br /> a contract with Redflex Traffic Systems for the installation and <br /> implementation of an automated red -light photo enforcement <br /> system. <br /> You have the right to comment on the proposed expenditure at a <br /> public hearing to be held on the 23rd day of April, 2007, beginning <br /> at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City <br /> California. Testimony must either be given in person at the time of <br /> the public hearing or received, in writing, by the Police Department <br /> prior to the date of the hearing. Testimony cannot be given over <br /> the phone. <br /> If you have any questions, please contact Captain Ed Hernandez <br /> by telephone at (650) 780 -7130. <br />
