Inspect, maintain, and repair pumps and related equipment at the City's lift stations; <br /> lubricate and repack pumps and motors. <br /> <br />2. Read meters, change charts, wind clocks, repair valves, clean wet wells, and enter <br /> readings in log book. <br /> <br />3. Perform minor carpentry, electrical, and painting maintenance work on station <br /> equipment. <br /> <br />4. Inspect and run standby generators. <br /> <br />5. Prepare work reports, repair reports, and requisitions. <br /> <br />6. Inspect and maintain cathodic control elements. <br /> <br /> UTILITIES SPECIALIST <br /> WATER SYSTEM MAINTENANCE SECTION <br /> <br /> ADDITIONAL EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL AND IMPORTANT DUTIES <br /> Additional duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: <br /> <br />1. Inspect, maintain, and repair pumps and related equipment at the City's pumping <br /> stations water storage stations; lubricate and repack pumps and motors. <br /> <br />2. Read meters, change charts, wind clocks, repair valves, clean main line valve ejector <br /> screens, and enter readings in log book. <br /> <br />3.
