7A <br />Page 7 <br />Construction, is hereby approved and adopted as the standard for water demand <br />projection in the City of Redwood City; provided, however, that nothing herein <br />contained shall be deemed to limit the authority of this Council, or any <br />commission, board or officer of the City to require higher or different standards <br />as may otherwise be duly authorized or required. <br />2.
