Cify of Redwood Cify <br />Case No.: CIV 463195 <br />A closed session will be held on June 4, 20Q7, for the purpose of conferring with andlor <br />receiving advice from your legal counsel concerning existing {itigation which has been formally <br />initiated to which the City of Redwood City is a party. jGov~ Code §54956.9(a)] <br />The City Attomey wiN provide you with a status report on this particular case. <br />[f the City Council authorizes the City Attorney to defend, or seek or refrain from seeking <br />appella#e review or relief, this determination shalt be disclosed immediately following this closed <br />session. If the City Council authorizes initiation or intervention, such authorization shall be <br />disclosed immediately following this closed session and the public advised that the action, <br />defendants and a#her particulars may be disclosed upon request after the action is formally <br />commenced.
