MINUTE ORDER 07-086 <br />6.3 Section -Resolutions <br />A. Resolution Requesting Bay Trail Realignment on Inner Bair Island <br />Mayor Pierce stated that this is an indication of the progress being made with the <br />restoration of Bair Island and that the Bay Trail group will re-align the Bay Trail so <br />that it will follow the new agreed upon U.S. Fish and Wildlife restoration plan. The <br />City is pleased to be supporting this plan. <br />Recommendation: <br />Approve by resolution a request that the San Francisco Bay Trail Project <br />incorporate a future realignment of the Bay Trail on Inner Bair Island into its Bay <br />Trail Plan. <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION 14778 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY REQUESTING AND SUPPORTING A FUTURE REALIGNMENT OF THE BAY <br />TRAIL ON INNER BAIR ISLAND IN REDWOOD CITY <br />B. Annual Appropriations Limit for FY 2007/08 <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution establishing the appropriations limit for FY 2007/08. <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION 14779 ESTABLISHING APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT FOR FISCAL <br />YEAR 2007/08 <br />6.4 Section -Claims and Warrants <br />A.
