Parks and Recreation Department Fun Run <br />The Redwood City Parks and Recreation Department will conduct their annual Fun Run along the parade <br />route starting at 9:00 am and end at 9:45 am. <br />City Services Requested (by Department) <br />Public Works• <br />Provide orange traffic cones on Brewster between Arruello and Winslow to separate of the Fun Run <br />and parade vehicle lineup area. Provide street barricades in the Broadway Mall for the F~zn Run, and <br />other traffic diversion requirements as determined by the Police Department. The PCA will provide <br />a list of times, locations, and quantity of barricades needed. <br />Public Safety <br />Requested Street Closures and Parking Restrictions <br />Street closure and parking restrictions will be the same as for the parade route. <br />Parks & Recreation: <br />Provide race monitors along Brewster between Arguello and Winslow to keep Fun Run participants <br />within the lanes defined by the orange cones. <br />Remove all orange cones along Brewster at the conclusion of the run. <br />Setup street barricades in the Broadway Mall and other locations as defined in the event barricade <br />rnap. The PCA will provide Parks & Recreation personnel with the use of a golf card for the setup <br />of these barricades. <br />5. Let's Talk Events -Car Show <br />The sponsor will conduct a static display of automobiles in conjunction with the Arts & Crafts Festival. <br />An amplified sound system will be used for music and announcements. Cars will arrive between 7:00 - <br />5:00 am. The event will conclude at approximately 4:30 pm. <br />City Services Requested roy Department) <br />Public Works• <br />Provide street barricades.
