The County is in receipt of the City's written Notice to <br />Transfer the Easement interest and due to the urgency of this mafter, agrees to waive <br />the fifteen-day notice requirement se# forth in paragraph 14.1 of the Cooperative <br />Agreement. <br />Very truly yours, <br />Marg t Jensen <br />Deputy County Manager <br />cc: Steve Aims <br />Lee Thompson <br />
