<br />06/04/2007 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14782 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />ESTABLISHING AND DECLARING (1) THE WILLOW STREET <br />ENTRANCES TO THE INTERSECTION OF WILLOW STREET <br />AND HANCOCK STREET, (2) THE HANCOCK STREET <br />ENTRANCE TO THE INTERSECTION OF HANCOCK STREET <br />AND CHARTER STREET, (3) THE PRIVATE DRIVEWAY EXITING <br />2485 EL CAMINO REAL AT HANCOCK STREET AND CHARTER <br />STREET TO BE STOP ENTRANCES <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 20.34 of the Code of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, the entrances hereinafter designated to the street intersection <br /> <br />herein described are hereby declared to be stop entrances, and the City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause stop signs to be erected <br /> <br />and maintained at the following locations: <br /> <br />a. Willow Street and Hancock Street - Stop signs shall be erected at <br />the Willow Street entrances. <br /> <br />b. Hancock Street and Charter Street - Stop sign shall be erected at <br />the Hancock Street entrance. <br /> <br />2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 20.34 of the Code of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and California State Vehicle Code 21360, the private driveway <br /> <br />approach exiting 2485 EI Camino Real, which forms an extension of Hancock <br /> <br />Street at Charter Street, at the intersection of Hancock Street and Charter Street <br /> <br />is hereby declared to be a stop entrance. <br /> <br />ATTT/RESO/RESO.1715 <br />052907 <br /> <br />14782 <br />Muff # 702 <br />
