provided under the Agreement in order to proceed with construction of the <br />Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, such amendments to the Agreement, <br />additional or supplemental agreements, or other documents (all in form approved <br />by the City Attorney) necessary or appropriate to acquire and expend <br />supplemental Measure A Funds allocated and provided by the Authority for the <br />Project. <br /> <br /> 2.
