ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR -CITY COUNCIL: <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the City Council will be <br />enacted by one motion and one vote. The Consent Calendar category is limited to 15 <br />minutes of comment to be allocated as determined by the Mayor. (CMI) to <br />continue to act as third-party administrator for the City's self-insured worker's <br />compensation program for the period of July 1, 2007, through June 30, 2008. <br />C. Public Service Easements at 31 and 41 Eaton Villa Place <br />Staff contact: Jon K.
