E. Interest of Public Off;cials. <br /> <br /> No members, officers, employees, or agents of the City of <br /> Redwood City, no member of the City Council and no other public <br /> official who exemises any function or responsibility with respect to <br /> this Agreement or Contractor's Program dudng his or his tenure, or <br /> for one year thereafter, shall have any interest, direct or indirect, in <br /> this contract or a related subcontract, or the proceeds thereof. <br /> Contractor shall incorporate .in all subcontracts hereunder a <br /> provision prohibiting such interest. <br /> <br /> F. Religious Activity Prohibited. <br /> <br /> Those shall be no religious worship, instruction, or proselytizing as <br /> part of, or in connection with, the performance of this Agreement. <br /> <br /> G. Uniform Administration Requirements. <br /> <br /> Contractor shall comply with the requirements and standards of the <br /> HOME Investment Partnership Regulations, OMB Circutar A-122 <br /> Cost Principles for Non-Profit Organizations, OMB Circular A-110 <br /> attachments A, B, C, F, H, N, and O, and all other federal, state, <br /> and local laws, regulations and requirements, as applicable. <br /> <br /> H. HOME PROGRAM Requirements. <br /> <br /> Contractor shall comply with the requirements and standards of the <br /> HOME Investment Partnership Regulations relating to: income <br /> targeting to HOME limits of 50% and below median income for at <br /> least 5 of the 11 HOME assisted units; affordability term of no less <br /> than 30 years; Contractor shall set unit HOME rents at the rates <br /> listed below. Said rents shall not exceed 30% of 50% of median <br /> income, and for 6 of the 11 HOME assisted units, rants shall not <br /> exceed 30% of 60% of median income, in each case less a utility <br /> allowance. Rent may be adjusted from time to time provided that <br /> the rent does not exceed the criteria set forth in this paragraph. <br /> Contractor shall comply with notice requirements pursuant to <br /> California law. All rental agreement s shall be in a form approved <br /> by the Housing Coordinator. <br /> <br />7. ASSIGNMENT AND SUBCONTRACT <br /> <br /> Without the wdtten consent of the City Council or his/her representative, <br /> this Agreement is not assignable in whole or in part. Any assignment by <br /> Contractor without the written consent of the City Council or his/her <br /> representative violates this Agreement and all terms , conditions, and <br /> <br />F:Atty/Agr/Agr.083 <br />121102 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
