-- 0 R I G I N A L ' 4/7/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13045 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW FIRE STATION NO. 20 AND <br /> MAINTENANCE FACILITY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the construction of the New Fire <br />Station No. 20 and Maintenance Facility, located at 680 Redwood Shores <br />Parkway and 1400 Radio Road, respectively, Redwood City, Califomia, have <br />been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval of the contract <br />documents and authorize and direct the City Manager to request bids from <br /> <br />prequalified subcontractors for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled, "New Fire Station No. 20 & <br />Maintenance Facility, Redwood Shores, for City of Redwood City," prepared by <br />the City of Redwood City, a copy of which documents is on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
