2. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of Ali-Star Fire <br />Equipment is, and each of them are, hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 3. All bids other than the aforementioned bid of Ali-Star Fire <br />Equipment are hereby rejected. <br /> <br /> 4.
