0 R I G I N A L 4/7/97 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13043 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> THE DOWNTOWN STREET LIGHTING PROJECT; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Downtown Street Lighting Project, <br />Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />the Downtown Lighting Project - City of Redwood City, California", prepared by <br />the Department of Community Development Services/Engineering and <br />Construction, a copy of which documents are on file in the office the of the <br />Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
