~ 0 R I G I N A L 4/7/97 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13037 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SURVEYING <br /> SERVICES - CARSON AREA SEWER LINE IMPROVEMENT <br /> PROJECT <br /> <br /> (MacLEOD AND ASSOCIATES, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the replacement of old and <br />deteriorated sewer lines in the vicinity of Carson Street in the City of Redwood <br />City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />topographic surveying services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, MacLeod and Associates, Inc. of San Carlos, California, <br />represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the <br /> <br />aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Surveying <br />Services - Carson Area Sewer Line Improvement Project" (form dated 03/25/97), <br />by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, and MacLeod and Associates, Inc., for the performance of the above- <br />mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br /> <br /> Reso-160 1 <br /> G:~shareoYedwood~council <br /> DES:djk <br /> 03/25/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
