Installationrrraining - (Estimated at this time). All training is onsite. All training is <br />"end user training" unless specified otherwise. "Refresher Training" is post-cutover <br />training. CITY will contact VENDOR as far in advance as possible once CITY <br />determines the type of refresher training needed. Data Conversion - (Estimated at this time). Services for conversion include existing <br />records management system databases. Assessment of databases will be made to <br />determine which data tables and which elements /records may be brought into the <br />RIMS database. <br /> <br />5. Project Management - Carol Jackson is assigned as the project manager. She will <br />be the point of contact for the coordination of all project activities. <br /> <br />6. On-Site Coverage - Project Manager, Installation Engineer and Trainer on site for <br />two days during the initial cutover to RIMS to ensure that it goes smoothly and to <br />address any problems. <br /> <br />7. Documentation - Documentation is installed on the server at the time of software <br />installation. CITY is free to distribute electronic and hardcopy versions of the <br />documentation as necessary.
