C i t y o f R e d w o o d C i t y <br />Budget Study Session <br />FY 2007/08 <br />Enterprise Funds -Sewer <br />Issues for Current Sewer Budget: <br />? <br />Current budget figures represents available information at <br />– <br />the time the Prop 218 notification 45-day process began on <br />5/18/07. <br />SBSA finalized its FY 2007/08 figures 5/31/07, which shows <br />– <br />’ <br />an increase the Citys contribution to treatment and <br />disposal by $848,488 from the current $8,296,049 to <br />$9,144,537. <br />Council will need to consider a mid-year budget adjustment <br />– <br />in mid-March 2008 to incorporate the new SBSA figures. <br />The good news is: Proposed sewer rate increase Council <br />– <br />will consider on 7/9/07 is sufficient to meet this financial <br />need, meaning no change to the proposed rate increase for <br />FY 2007/08. <br />12 <br />
