<br />Recommendation: <br />Approve by motion a new fifteen-year agreement (July 1, 2007 through June 30, <br />2022) between the County of San Mateo and the City of Redwood City for Fire <br />Protection Services for Fire Protection Sub-Zone of San Mateo County Service Area <br />No. 8 (CSA-8). CSA-8 is located in the unincorporated area of North Fair Oaks. <br />Fire protection services include response and prevention activities. <br /> <br />I. Agreement Designating San Mateo Community College District as Lead Agency for <br />Canada College Faculty/Staff Housing Project <br /> <br />Staff contact: Jill Ekas, Planning Manager 780-7298 jekas@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Approve by motion an agreement designating the San Mateo Community College <br />District as Lead Agency for the purpose of conducting environmental review of their <br />proposed faculty/staff housing project at the Canada College campus in accordance <br />with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) (Attachment 1). The City of <br />Redwood City, as well as the Town of Woodside and the San Mateo County Local <br />Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo) will act as Responsible Agencies. <br /> <br />J.
