<br />Attachment 1 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT D <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM OF LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />Page 1 of2 <br /> <br />This Memorandum of Lease Agreement is entered into on this _ day of , 2007. by <br />and between CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California with an office <br />of 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA 94063, (hereinafter referred to as "Lessor") and <br />of (hereinafter referred to as "Lessee"). \ <br /> <br />1. Lessor and Lessee entered into a Lease Agreement-Communications Facility ("Lease") on the <br />_ day of ,2007, for the purpose of installing, operating and maintaining a radio <br />communications facility and other improvements. All of the foregoing statements are set <br />forth in the Lease. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The term of the Lease is for Five (5) years commencing on <br />on <br /> <br />, 2007, and ending <br /> <br />3. The Site which is the subject of the Lease is described in Exhibit A aImexed hereto.
