- 0 R I G I N A L _r/10/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13022 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SURVEYING <br /> SERVICES RELATING TO THE JEFFERSON AVENUE- <br /> MADISON AVENUE SEWER MAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br /> (SANDIS HUMBER JONES, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the replacement of old and <br />deteriorated sewer mains along Jefferson Avenue and Madison Avenue in the <br />City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />topographic surveying services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Sandis Humber Jones, Inc. of Mountain View, California, <br />represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the <br /> <br />aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Surveying <br />Services - Jefferson Avenue-Madison Avenue Sewer Main Replacement Project" <br />(form dated 02/27/97), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California, Sandis Humber Jones, Inc., for the <br />performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br /> <br /> Reso-147 1 <br /> G :~sharecr'.r edwood~o u ncll <br /> DES:djk <br /> 02/27/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
