<br />Section 22. No Presumption Against Drafter. <br /> <br />Both of the Parties were fully represented by counsel and participated in the drafting of <br />this Cooperative Agreement, and, accordingly no presumption shall be applied against either <br />Party concerning the interpretation of this Cooperative Agreement on the basis that said Party is <br />the drafter hereof. <br /> <br />Section 23.
