<br />EXHIBIT "C" <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT <br /> <br />The City shall, at its sole cost and expense, demolish and remove the South Annex, <br />reconstruct the historic.. southern fayade of the Courthouse, and create a public pfaza in front of <br />the Courthouse, all of which work shall be perfonned in accordance with the Plans. The Project <br />includes, without limitation, the following: <br /> <br />1. Demolition and removal of the South Annex. <br /> <br />2. Reconstruction of the entry-way and parapets of the southern Courthouse <br /> <br />fac;:ade. <br /> <br />3. Removal, as needed, of any public improvements existing in, on or about <br />the Courthouse Square. ' <br /> <br />4.
