<br />06/2512007 <br /> <br />SECTION 3. Any amendment to the Program shall comply with the plan <br />amendment procedures as set forth in the Community Redevelopment Law. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. It is hereby found and determined that this Ordinance is necessary <br />and desirable. The description of the Program, consisting of one (1) page, is <br />incorporated in this Ordinance by reference and made a part of the Ordinance as if set <br />out in full in the Ordinance. The City Clerk is hereby directed to file a copy of the <br />description of the Program with the minutes of this meeting. The Agency is vested with <br />the continuing responsibility to implement the Redevelopment Plan. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. The Executive Director is hereby directed to record with the County <br />Recorder of the County of San Mateo a statement that the Ordinance has been <br />approved <br /> <br />SECTION 6. If any provision, section, subsection, subdivision, sentence, clause <br />or phrase of this Ordinance or of the Program is for any reason held to be invalid or <br />unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion or <br />portions of this Ordinance or the Program. <br /> <br />SECTION 7.
