-- 0 R I G I N A L ' 2/24/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13020 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING REVISED <br /> "ENGINEERING STANDARDS" TO INCLUDE CERTAIN <br /> REQUIREMENTS RELATING TO DESIGN CRITERIA, <br /> STANDARD DETAILS AND STANDARD TECHNICAL <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES, PUBLIC STORM <br /> DRAIN SYSTEMS, AND FOR PRIVATE STORM DRAIN <br /> INSTALLATIONS WHICH DRAIN INTO STORM DRAIN OUTLETS <br /> OWNED OR CONTROLLED BY THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> LOCATED ON OR NEAR CLOSED LANDFILL AREAS IN THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION <br /> NO. 11662 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled, "Standard Technical <br />Specifications For Engineering Projects", "City Standard Details", and "Design <br />Criteria", collectively described as "Engineering Standards for the City of <br />Redwood City", heretofore have been revised to include "Design Standards" and <br />other modifications pertaining thereto for public utilities, public storm drain <br />systems, and for private storm drain installations which drain into storm drain <br />outlets owned or controlled by the City of Redwood City located on or near <br />closed landfill areas, are hereby approved and adopted as the minimum <br />standard specifications for the construction of public improvements in the City of <br />Redwood City; provided, however, that nothing herein contained shall be <br />deemed to limit the authority of this Council, or any commission, board or officer <br /> <br />Reso-143 1 <br />G:~shared~edwood~co u ncil <br />DES:djk <br />02/13/97 <br />02/18/97R <br /> <br /> <br />
