<br /> <br />8D <br />age 1 <br /> <br />July 9,2007 <br /> <br />SUBJECT <br />Adoption of Redevelopment Agency Budget for Fiscal Year (FY) 2007/08 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve the resolution adopting the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency budget for <br />FY 2007/08 <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br />The Redevelopment Agency Board reviewed the proposed Agency budget for FY <br />2007/08 at its study session of June 25, 2007 (see attached Staff Report). At that <br />meeting, as well as on June 18, the City Council/Agency Board directed staff to <br />incorporate the budget options related to "Planning Staff Funding Sources Realignment" <br />for the City's FY 2007/08 budget and the "Code Enforcement for Redevelopment Area" <br />option for the Redevelopment FY 2007/08 budget. Those budget options are reflected <br />in the budget recommended for adoption. The Agency needs to approve the attached <br />resolution to adopt this final Redevelopment Agency budget for FY 2007/08. <br /> <br />State redevelopment law requires the Agency to file a final budget for the FY 2007/08 <br />with the State.
