We would once again like to contract with the Redwood City <br />Police Department for the following: <br /> <br />. services of two police officers on the morning of the ride, for traffic control Weld like both <br />Officers from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM to assist as the riders depart and while they are returning. <br />We would like the officers to arrive at Sequoia High School (where the ride starts and <br />finishes), at 8:00 AM to check in with Dave Rhody at the Start Line, and he can give them <br />last minute information. <br /> <br />. posting of "No Parkinglt *signs on both sides of Brewster from Duane to Alameda De Las <br />Pulgas - and on Alameda de las Pulgas (both sides of road) to the city limits. <br />*signs indicate No Parking - Sunday, August 5, 2007 from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM <br /> <br />. Resolution from the City Council approving the proposed course route, etc. Attached, <br />please find the letter of intent containing the items listed in order to receive the resolution. <br /> <br />I've enclosed the following items: <br />. Copy of neighborhood notification postcard and listing of addresses it goes to <br />. Copy of letters to notify churches along the route <br />. Map of the Start/Finish area and a course map <br /> <br />Julia Bott (Executive Director of San Mateo County Parks & Recreation Foundation) has <br />informed me that we should be getting the insurance certificates early this year (I'm keeping my <br />finger crossed).
