If RWC staff is unable to resolve an <br />issue without external vendor support, RWC will contact and work with the <br />appropriate vendor until the malfunctioning equipment is operational. RWC staff will <br />keep the same equipment optimized and its firmware/software current as deemed <br />appropriate to maintain optimized operations, while minimizing down time. <br />2. Exchange Server: RWC will provide the following support for cas Exchange server: <br />a. Advice on a system backup <br />b. Resolve errors logs from event viewer <br />c. Document the process for disaster recovery if system failure <br />d. Fine tuning that maintains the integrity of the server <br />e. Advise and train cas IT staff on processes <br />f. General maintenance as specified by cas IT staff <br />3. AS400: Due to a lack of experience with HTE or the AS400 platform on which it runs, RWC <br />cannot directly support this system. However, at cas request, RWC will work with cas and <br />/ or external vendors in a best effort to assistance in the maintenance of the AS400 system. <br />4. NETWORK, Domain Controllers support, File servers, Printer Server, Application <br />servers, Firewalls: RWC will provide the following support for cas networking equipment <br />and appliances: <br />a. Troubleshoot event viewer error logs <br />b. If the Primary Domain Controller (PDC) is down, RWC will either perform the rollover <br />to the Backup Domain Controller (BDC) or confirm the rollover functioned properly <br />c. Standardize security setup, authorization, and internal improvement for security <br />control. Also go over features and necessity of the active directory. <br />d. Review network traffic monitoring <br />e. Review, consult, and enhance current network setup. Provide advice for preventative <br />maintenance for overall network stability <br /> <br />7 <br />
