0 R I G I N A L 2/24/97 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13016 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR TELECOMMUNICATIONS <br /> CABLING FOR THE NEW CITY HALL PROJECT; <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID <br /> WORK; AND DIRECTING RETURN OF SECURITY DEPOSITS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 13000, February 10, 1997, the <br />City Clerk advertised for bids for the telecommunications cabling for the New City <br />Hall in the City of Redwood City, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement, five bids were received for <br />the performance of said work and filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, LeeComm Support Services, Inc. of Pleasanton, California is <br />the lowest responsible bidder, and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />award said bid to LeeComm Support Services, Inc.; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The bid of LeeComm Support Services, Inc., in the amount of One <br />Hundred Thirteen Thousand Four Hundred Ninety and 60/100 Dollars <br />($113,490.60), computed in accordance with bidder's proposal dated February <br />19, 1997 for the telecommunications cabling for the new City Hall, is hereby <br />accepted and said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the lowest <br />responsible bidder for said work. <br /> <br /> 2.
