0 R I G I N A L ~_ 2/24/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13015 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT FOR RECONSTRUCTION <br /> OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT MARINE PARKWAY AND BRIDGE <br /> PARKWAY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Reimbursement Agreement for the <br />Reconstruction of the Traffic Signals at Marine Parkway and Bridge Parkway in <br />Redwood Shores, Redwood City.", by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of Califomia, and Westport Investments, a <br />California general partnership, for the reimbursement of costs of reconstruction <br />of said traffic signals, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br />hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> FSX:djk <br /> 01/30/97 <br /> G:/Shared/CoundEReso- 133 <br /> <br /> <br />
