CITY/COUNTY ASS�CrA�IUN�F GOVERNMENTS OF <br /> SAN MATEO COUNTY <br /> FOURTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> WHEREAS, the City/County Association of Govemments (hereinafter referred to as <br /> C/CAG), and the City of Redwood City (hereinafter referred to as City) are parties to an <br /> Agreement dated June 14, 2007, regarding the Local Transportation Services component oF the <br /> County-wide Congestion Relief Plan (the "Original AgreemenY'); and <br /> WHEREAS, the Original Agreement was amended in 2008, 2009, and again in 2010 (the <br /> "Original Agreement as Amended"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the parties now desire to enter into this fourth amendment <br /> IT IS HEREBY AGREED by C/CAG and City that: <br /> 1. Tlus fourth amendment shall be to provide additional funding and an extension of <br /> time in order for the City to continue the provision of locally based shuttle services and the <br /> Original Agreement as Amended is hereby further amended as set forth herein. <br /> 2. The added funding provided to the City by GCAG under this fourth amendment <br /> will be sixty seven thousand, seven hundred thirty-five dollars ($67,735), thereby making the <br /> new total contract maximum amount three hundred seventy-eight thousand, one hundred Uurty <br /> five dollazs ($378,135). This fourth amendment shall be in effect as of July 1, 2011. T'he <br /> maximum amount available pursuant to this fourth amendment for Fiscal Yeaz 2011/2012 will be <br /> sixty seven thousand, seven hundred thirty-five dollazs ($67,735). The additional funds will be <br /> paid based upon the receipt of invoices for the actual costs. <br /> 3. City shall be required to provide a dollaz for dollar match for the C/CAG funds <br /> provided under this fourth amendment. <br /> 4. The C/CAG logo shall be displayed on any vehicles or equipment operated or <br /> obtained through funds made available through this fourth amendment. <br /> 5. The Contract Term, as specified in section 5 of the Original Agreement as <br /> Amended, shall terminate on June 30, 2012. <br /> 6.
